HIGHEST REVENUE EFFICIENCY
OF ANY ACCOUNT WE'VE RUN

The best revenue-per-recipient in our current portfolio review. From a list under 1,200 people, with zero discount incentive.

PRIMARY METRIC
$0.75
REVENUE PER RECIPIENT

The Objective

This farm-direct pet treats brand had a small, highly engaged list of roughly 1,000 subscribers. Small lists get written off fast in this industry. People assume there isn’t enough volume to matter.

The brand wanted proof that email could still be a serious revenue channel without the scale a bigger brand has. We took that as the actual test.

List size: ~1,000    Discount incentive: NONE

What We Did

Instead of chasing volume, we built one send around identity. No coupon code to hide behind if it didn’t work.

We built an identity-framed seasonal send, timed to a real cultural moment, with no discount code attached. The copy leaned entirely on emotional connection to the product’s origin story rather than price.

The best per-recipient efficiency of any account currently in our portfolio review. Flagged internally as an early, promising pattern we’re continuing to validate: $0.75 revenue per recipient, no incentive.

The Delta

Quantitative outcomes from the account’s Klaviyo campaign reporting. The send produced $0.75 in revenue per recipient with zero discount. On a list this size, that’s the strongest per-recipient number we’ve recorded across any account.

  • Revenue per recipient: $0.75 (no incentive)
  • List size: ~1,000 (small & engaged)
WHY THIS WORKED
“A list under 1,200 people, with no discount code, produced the best revenue-per-recipient we've seen across any account we run. Small list. Outsized return.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED

How can a list under 1,200 people produce the best revenue-per-recipient in the portfolio?[+]

A small list of roughly 1,000 highly qualified recipients, combined with a no-discount send, produced $0.75 in revenue per recipient: the highest revenue efficiency of any account currently run. Small, engaged lists can outperform much larger ones on a per-recipient basis.

Is this result proven long-term?[+]

Not yet, and we're not claiming it is. This reflects a single strong send within a 4 to 5 month program, and it's flagged internally as an early, promising pattern rather than a fully validated long-run average. Being clear about that distinction matters more than overselling one good result.
